What are the criteria eligibility of loan ?
- To have deposited your salary with Rawbank for at least 6 months;
- Be classified as a preferred customer for at least 6 months ;
- Be between the ages of 25 and 55 at the time of application ;
- Make a personal contribution to the payment of the property to be purchased.
Documents required to apply for credit
- Credit application form;
- A letter of recommendation from the employer;
- Copy of certificate of registration (the title to the property must not include the names of minor children);
- A preliminary sales agreement duly signed by the client and the seller;
- Memorandum of understanding signed by the Bank (to be given to the customer).
