The prepaid Virtual Card is an electronic card used for online payments and purchases

The customer receives the information needed to initiate payment by SMS: PAN (card number), cardholder's name, card validity and CVV.

• The minimum top-up amount is USD 50 and the maximum USD 1,000.

Order your virtual card

Here's how to order your virtual card :

1. Visit a RAWBANK branch and request a virtual card
2. Fill out the card application form provided by the Rawbank agent
3. Make a deposit of the amount to be recharged at the cash desk
4. You will receive an OTP on the number you have entered, after logging in.
5. Finally, all card information will be sent to you by SMS.

Reload your virtual card

To recharge your virtual card, follow this procedure :

1. The customer goes to one of the Rawbank branches and initiates the request to recharge his virtual card;
2. The client completes the top-up form by entering the PAN and the top-up amount;
3. The client makes the deposit of the stated amount at the cashier and approaches the bank agent who checks the information and enters it in the portal to proceed with the top-up. The client will then receive an SMS confirming that the top-up has been successful.
