RAWBANK, the leading banking institution in the DRC, is proud to support Orange Corners, an incubation program initiated by the Kingdom of the Netherlands for young Congolese. It will be implemented by the local entrepreneurship platform Ingenious City, which benefits from the bank's partnership.
This support is part of RAWBANK's actions to support the Congolese private sector, with a view to creating a real middle class.
RAWBANK, the leading bank in the DRC, is supporting this initiative because it aims to fight unemployment and allow young people to benefit from coaching and training provided by the local incubator Ingenious City.
According to the Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Mr. Robert Schuddeboom, one of the main goals is to create an entrepreneurial model to inspire Congolese youth. As a partner of the DR Congo, the Kingdom of the Netherlands will invest $400,000 to ensure, over a period of three years, the training of young people with ideas and innovative projects.
For RAWBANK, which is already a partner of Ingenious City, this training opportunity is fully in line with its actions to promote Congolese startups. For several years, it has been standing by young people to offer them tools, mentoring from experts as well as access to networks according to the field of activity to encourage their success.
