Rawbank answers your questions

Our page is not intended to disseminate information about Rawbank's products and services or various information about its entity.

To open an account at the bank you must go to a branch with your two passport photos and your valid identity document (voter's card, passport or driver's license).

To access your accounts remotely, you must:

Subscribe to one of our remote banking products or services:

  • RawbankOnline : le the online service that allows you to manage your accounts from anywhere, at any time.
  • illicocash :the mobile application that allows you to manage your entire account.

To subscribe to illicocash, you must :

  • Have a Smartphone
  • Download the application on the Internet via Google Play store or App store
  • Fill in the information after downloading the application
  • Go to one of our branches to fill out a form to get the token that will allow you to see all your accounts.

You must go to one of our branches to fill out a token request form.

If you are :

  • Not a customer: Go to one of our branches with your ID card to fill out a claim form.
  • A customer: Contact customer service at 4488 (toll free number) or + 243 996016300.
  • To block your card, contact customer service at 4488 (toll free number) or +243 996016300 or visit one of our branches.
  • To unlock your card, go to one of our branches and fill in a card unlocking form.

You must first have a salary account at Rawbank to qualify for a bank loan.

  • After you open a salary account, you will get a letter of recommendation from your employer as well as your letter of loan application and you will go to your account manager who will analyze your application, and your ability to repay.

To have a loan at Rawbank you need to have a salary account at Rawbank.
