RAWBANK continues its actions against the coronavirus in DR Congo.

In the framework of its actions initiated since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic in DR Congo, RAWBANK has proceeded to the delivery of a donation of non-invasive respiratory assistance devices for BPAP and CPAP. CAN, in case of ARDS (acute respiratory distress syndrome) and pulmonary edema, for the management of patients at the Medical

Center of Kinshasa, the Cinquantenaire Hospital, and the Mother and Child Hospital of Monkole.

The distribution of these donations took place in the presence of the medical directors of each institution, in a welcoming and receptive atmosphere of this assistance which was timely. This action is fully in line with the call for national solidarity launched by the Head of State, H.E. President Felix-Antoine Tshisekedi.

"As an emergency physician and currently the Medical Director of the Mother and Child Hospital of Monkole, I thank RAWBANK for this support which comes in addition to many other actions in response to the call of the President in the fight against Covid-19. Indeed, on our part, we have set up a space next to the main building for the care of the affected patients consisting of a 25-bed site at their disposal. Thanks to the respiratory equipment provided by RAWBANK, we will be able to assist the patients in the best possible way", said Dr. René Lumbu.

For RAWBANK, this action is part of its activities in the field both for prevention and to assist people already affected by Covid-19. The bank, through its actions, continues to relay the message of prevention and the call to respect hygiene measures in order to avoid contracting the disease. It also encourages the Congolese population to respect the barrier measures that are within everyone's reach to stop the spread of Covid-19 as recommended by our political and medical authorities. au Covid19.
