Kinshasa, 4 August 2022 – Euromoney, one of the major professional magazines of the financial sector, has awarded Rawbank the trophy of « Best Bank » in the DRC. This award is a source of pride for the bank, as it testifies to the quality of its services in the country.
Since 1992, Euromoney magazine has been awarding prizes to leading financial institutions in over 100 countries. The performance of the banks is examined by means of quantitative data analysis as well as by the opinions of a jury of banking journalists.
After a thorough review of all the players in the Congolese market, the Euromoney jury decided to give special recognition to Rawbank’s commitment and strategy and awarded it the prize for the best bank in the DRC. This award recognises the bank’s ability to achieve its strategic objectives through its strength in innovation, both in terms of products and services offered to its customers.
“On behalf of all the Rawbank teams, I would like to thank Euromoney for this award, which recognizes the important work done collectively in 2022,” said Mr. Mustafa Rawji, Rawbank’s Managing Director.
