Isabelle Lessedjina holds two MBA (Master of Business Administration) degrees, one from the IESE Business School in Spain and the other from the London Business School in London. She also holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from the Catholic University of Louvain in Belgium.
In 2001, she started her professional career at Virgin Express Airlines in Belgium, where she was hired as a Treasury Manager. In 2003, she joined Besins Healthcare Group, a privately held pharmaceutical company located in Monaco with offices in France and Belgium. In 2009, she became Associate Director at Standard Chartered Bank, where she worked until 2010.
In 2010, she was appointed Vice President Sales and Marketing of GECAS (GE Capital Aviation Services) in Ghana and Ireland, a position she held until 2015 when she was appointed director in charge of consulting, innovation and financing solutions of the international strategic consulting firm ESSA Ltd in Mauritius. She was recruited in 2018 by Philips Capital in the Netherlands as Director France and Head of Strategic Solutions Finance for Southern Europe & Africa. Since 2019, she has been Senior Vice President of The Currency Exchange Fund (TCX). It is since January 2020 that Isabelle LESSEDJINA, was called to the functions of independent director of RAWBANK SA.
