Zain Rawji holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Economics fromthe University of Nothingam in the United Kingdom. Zain Rawji He started his professional career in 2008 at INVESTEC BANK where he held the position of sports finance analyst. He then joined the Swiss bank CREDIT AGRICOLE between 2012 and 2013 as a member of the trade finance department. In 2013 he returned to Kinshasa and joined RAWBANK where he put his rich banking experience to good use within the Credit Committee, first as a member, then as vice president and, since April 2020, as president.
Zain RAWJI was appointed to the Board of Directors of this bank in April 2018, and was then appointed member of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee, one of the five specialized committees of the deliberative body of this bank set up in 2019. At the same time, he is a director in RAWSUR SA and RAWSUR LIFE SA, two insurance companies of the RAWJI Group operating in the DRC since 2017.
