Lady's First Ambassador Campaign
As part of the revitalization of the Lady's first program, Rawbank launched, in March 2021, the campaign called "Lady's first Ambassador" which ended in November.
The aim of this campaign was to challenge women entrepreneurs, Rawbank clients, with the objective of electing a ambassador of the Lady's first 2022-2023 program.
For the first time, the program Lady's First organized the first edition of the Lady's Talkheld on November 18, 2021, on the occasion of the International Day of Women Entrepreneurship.
During this morning, women business leaders inspired each other by sharing experiences from different sectors and thus promoting women's empowerment and female entrepreneurship.
She was elected "Ambassador of the Lady's first 2022 program", Mrs. Françoise KIELENDE MUZINANDE
Manager and majority shareholder of the company F. THABITHA Sarl, it operates in various sectors, namely

- Disinfection
- Waste management
- Landscaping and maintenance of the green space
- Vehicle rental for personnel and goods transportation

Trophies were also given to all the women who participated in the challenge and who met the eligibility criteria, in order to show them our support in their businesses.
