Rawbank has concluded the second edition of its internal women’s leadership program, She Leads, during a final presentation session that brought together 25 female employees divided into five groups. Nicknamed the “Unstoppables Edition,” this cohort reflects the bank’s commitment to strengthening the role of female talent in driving its strategic initiatives.

Over several months, participants worked on designing projects addressing the bank’s transformation challenges. During the November 17 presentation, all projects were deemed admissible, demonstrating the cohort’s quality, rigor, and commitment. Three projects were recognized, but the entire cohort was praised for the consistency and excellence of the work delivered.

To extend the program’s impact, one laureate from each group will join a steering committee tasked with supporting the implementation of the selected projects. This mechanism aims to reinforce the presence of female employees in strategic thinking and decision-making bodies, while providing them with direct exposure to the bank’s transformation priorities.

She Leads is a structured program combining training, mentoring, coaching, leadership sessions, and group work. It enables participants to develop confidence, managerial skills, and the ability to lead high-impact projects, in an environment that encourages the expression of their full potential.
