Naïma Issawi Darediya has a degree in Management and Administration. She also holds a Master’s degree in International Finance and a Master’s degree in E-service from the University of Namur, Belgium. in E-service from the University of Namur, Belgium. She then took up the post of at the international bank Société Générale in Beirut.

In 2005, she joined Rawbank, where she held a number of positions, including Private Banking Officer, Electronic Banking Project Manager for the acquisition of the acquisition of Visa & MasterCard licences, in connection with the project to development project, a period that marked the start of digitalization at Rawbank.

In 2014, Naïma Issawi Darediya was appointed Head of Human Resources at Rawbank before continuing her career at the bank as Head of Performance & Network since 2017.
