Etienne Mabunda is a graduate of the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales in Montreal and the Catholic University of Louvain After several professional experiences in Belgium, he joined RAWBANK as a retail officer in 2005 before becoming successively Private Officer, Corporate Officer, and Corporate Manager. He was appointed National Corporate Banking Manager in August 2009 and then Corporate and Institutional Banking Manager.

He became Sales Director in April 2018.
