Dave Lechuange holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Management from the University of Kinshasaas well as a Master’s degree in Audit and Business Review from the Haute École Francisco Ferrer in Brussels and a complementary Master’s degree in Financial Risk Management from the Université Saint-Louis in Brussels. Dave Lechuange was deputy chief accountant at BIAC from 2006 to 2011, then Administrative and Financial Director of BGFI Bank from 2011 to 2012.

He then joined APPCO Group as Sales Manager, before joining RiskDynamics as a risk analyst. In 2015, he joined RAWBANKas Head of the Credit Risk Department. He was appointed Deputy Chief Financial Officer in 2017, then Risk Manager in March 2019.
