Rawbank strengthens its governance with three strategic appointments to support its development in the DRC

As part of its transformation strategy, Rawbank is strengthening its organization with the appointment of Hugues Bosala Mvemba as Deputy General Manager in charge of Business and Development, Kadija Sangho Keita as Director of Finance, and Tatiana Maresca as Director of Human Capital.

Kinshasa, September 8, 2025 – These appointments are made with a view to the future 2026-2030 strategic plan and are part of the bank’s desire to structure its organization, support its development, and align its governance with the best international standards for rigor, inclusion, and sustainable performance.

With a degree in law and an MBA in finance and, management, Hugues Bosala has built a solid career at Rawbank over the years. From his beginnings as a credit analyst to his responsibilities as Regional Director, he has successfully led numerous structuring projects for the bank and its clients.

 

His appointment embodies Rawbank’s desire to promote internal talents who combine expertise, strategic vision, and in-depth knowledge of the institution.

With more than sixteen years of experience within the Société Générale group, Kadija Sangho Keita has held positions of increasing responsibility in both France and Africa, becoming Regional Financial Director for West Africa in 2022.

 

She has led financial structuring and performance optimization projects in several countries on the continent, including Côte d’Ivoire, Morocco, and Cameroon.

 

A figure of the new generation of African leaders, she brings to Rawbank recognized expertise in financial management and a pan-African vision in the service of development and sustainablen performance.

After starting her career at ING in Europe, Tatiana Maresca joined Rawbank in 2009 and held various strategic positions, including Head of Network Development, then Director of Logistics and Real Estate.

 

With solid managerial experience, she is also an ambassador for the “She Leads” program, dedicated to the promotion of women within the bank.

 

Her appointment reflects Rawbank’s desire to strengthen its human capital management strategy, placing talent development, gender diversity, and collective performance at the heart of its transformation dynamic.
