Rawbank strengthens its governance with the appointment of Françoise Lungangi Kitundu as Independent Board Member

Kinshasa, 23 july 2025 –  Rawbank, the leading bank in the Democratic Republic of Congo, has appointed Françoise Lungangi as an Independent Board Member. This decision reflects the bank’s commitment to strengthening its governance framework and aligning its structure with the highest international standards of rigor, inclusion, and sustainable performance.

With over 2,000 employees and a presence throughout the national territory, Rawbank continues to implement its transformation strategy. The appointment of Françoise Lungangi marks a new phase in the consolidation of its leadership bodies.

Françoise Lungangi brings over 19 years of experience in auditing and certification. She is the founder and CEO of DRC Expertises SAS, and previously held roles at GPO Partners and GPO Congo Expertises. Deeply committed to youth education, she lectures at the Université de Mazenod and the Canadian University of Congo. She will chair the Audit Committee and serve on the Remuneration Committee.
