Mustafa RAWJI

Born in Kinshasa, Mustafa Rawji completed his secondary education in London and obtained a master’s degree in finance in Boston (Babson College. He began his career at Calyon Bank, first in Geneva, then in Paris. In 2002, he helped created RAWBANKTwo years later, he took the initiative to acquire additional international banking experience and joined HSBC in Dubai, where he worked for five years as a sales executive in the Corporate, Investment & Merchant Banking department.

In September 2009, he joined RAWBANK as Deputy Secretary General. He successively held the positions of Chairman of the Credit Committee, Head of the Marketing & Communication Department and Chairman of the Quality Committee. At the end of 2013, he was appointed Director of Strategic Development and, in 2014, Vice-Chairman of the Management Committee. In July 2015, he was appointed Deputy General Manager in charge of support and infrastructure. He was appointed Managing Director in 2020.

Christian KAMANZI

Christian Kamanzi has a degree in applied economics and accounting and is a graduate of FUCAM in Mons (Belgium). Christian Kamanzi acquired his first professional experience as a junior auditor at DRT-Cabinet Michel Vaes in Brussels (now Deloitte & Touche). In 1993, he moved to Kinshasa where he was assistant treasurer at Citibank In 1996, he became vice-president in charge of operations and sales at the Banque de Commerce et de Développement in Kinshasa. In 2002, he returned to Citibank where he was appointed Director of Treasury until 2004, when he became General Manager of the Union des Banques Congolaises.

In 2007, he joined RAWBANKas director and member of the Management Committee. In 2013, he was appointed to head the Operations and Security Department. He held the position of Secretary General in April 2018 until his appointment as Deputy Managing Director in charge of Administration and Risk since April 2019.

Simultaneously, he chairs the Board of Directors of Interswitch, the EIG in charge of coordinating the Multipay Interbank Project.

Antoine KIALA

Antoine Kiala holds a master’s degree in business administration from ICHEC/Entreprises/Belgium and a bachelor’s degree in commercial and financial sciences from ISC/Gombe. He started his banking experience in 1977 at the Commercial Bank of Congo (BCDC), where he successively evolved in various departments: Customer, Business, and Financial Management, through the Currency Unit.

In 2001, he actively participated in the creation of RAWBANK as Head of Treasury. He took turns in training and internships in banking, treasury and trading, notably in London, Brussels, Johannesburg, Paris, and Kinshasa. In 2016, he became a Director and member of the Management Committee. Antoine Kiala is currently Director of Treasury.
