Mustafa RAWJI

Born in Kinshasa, Mustafa Rawji completed his secondary education in London and obtained a master’s degree in finance in Boston (Babson College. He began his career at Calyon Bank, first in Geneva, then in Paris. In 2002, he helped created RAWBANKTwo years later, he took the initiative to acquire additional international banking experience and joined HSBC in Dubai, where he worked for five years as a sales executive in the Corporate, Investment & Merchant Banking department.

In September 2009, he joined RAWBANK as Deputy Secretary General. He successively held the positions of Chairman of the Credit Committee, Head of the Marketing & Communication Department and Chairman of the Quality Committee. At the end of 2013, he was appointed Director of Strategic Development and, in 2014, Vice-Chairman of the Management Committee. In July 2015, he was appointed Deputy General Manager in charge of support and infrastructure. He was appointed Managing Director in 2020.

Hugues BOSALA

Hugues Bosala is the Deputy General Manager in charge of Business Development at Rawbank, where he helps drive the bank’s strategic direction and business growth.
A banking professional with over fifteen years of experience, he has built the majority of his career at Rawbank, having joined the institution in 2008 as a Retail Credit Analyst. He has held positions of increasing responsibility, serving successively as Branch Manager in Bukavu, Regional Director for Kinshasa, and Country Head of Corporate and Institutional Banking, before being appointed to the Executive Management team in 2025.
Throughout his career, he has distinguished himself by his ability to lead results-oriented teams, structure high-performing commercial strategies, and significantly contribute to the bank’s market share growth—particularly in strategic sectors such as telecommunications, energy, and infrastructure.
Hugues Bosala holds a law degree from the Protestant University of the Congo and an MBA from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. He has further honed his expertise through high-level executive training programs in leadership, digital transformation, and strategic management, notably at IESE Business School and Concordia University.
Recognized for his structured leadership, strong execution skills, and ability to navigate complex environments, he focuses his efforts on driving sustainable performance, innovation, and the transformation of the banking sector.
Alongside his professional responsibilities, he is committed to human capital development, notably through his role as a mentor in the SheLeads program, which supports female talent within Rawbank.

Christian KAMANZI

Christian Kamanzi has a degree in applied economics and accounting and is a graduate of FUCAM in Mons (Belgium). Christian Kamanzi acquired his first professional experience as a junior auditor at DRT-Cabinet Michel Vaes in Brussels (now Deloitte & Touche). In 1993, he moved to Kinshasa where he was assistant treasurer at Citibank In 1996, he became vice-president in charge of operations and sales at the Banque de Commerce et de Développement in Kinshasa. In 2002, he returned to Citibank where he was appointed Director of Treasury until 2004, when he became General Manager of the Union des Banques Congolaises.

In 2007, he joined RAWBANKas director and member of the Management Committee. In 2013, he was appointed to head the Operations and Security Department. He held the position of Secretary General in April 2018 until his appointment as Deputy Managing Director in charge of Administration and Risk since April 2019.

Simultaneously, he chairs the Board of Directors of Interswitch, the EIG in charge of coordinating the Multipay Interbank Project.

Nadeem AKHTAR

Nadeem Akhtar holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Control from New Delhi and has 15 years of experience in the banking sector, initially as a credit officer in an Indian bank in New Delhi. He joined RAWBANK in 2004 as Head of Credit and later became Chief Risk Officer.

He has been Deputy Managing Director in charge of support and infrastructure since April 2019.

Kadija Sangho

Kadija Sangho Keita holds a Master’s degree in Accounting, Control, and Audit from IAE Gustave Eiffel University, as well as a Master’s degree in Financial Management from HEC Paris.
She also holds the DSCG (Higher Diploma in Accounting and Management).

She has had a long career with the Société Générale Group in France and across Africa (Central Africa, Morocco, and West Africa), progressing from Accounting Reporting Officer in 2009 to Regional Chief Financial Officer for West Africa in 2022.
In 2024, Kadija joined Rawbank as Chief Financial Officer.
