This ceremony was not in vain, the personal representative of the Head of State and the authorities present, committed themselves to boost in a participatory and concrete way the emergence of youth.<\/p>\n<p>Comme l\u2019a soulign\u00e9 Andr\u00e9 KABANDA KANA, repr\u00e9sentant du Chef de l&rsquo;\u00c9tat\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0<em>Le Chef de L\u2019\u00c9tat va vous assurer de l\u2019attention qu\u2019il accorde particuli\u00e8rement, sous sa direction, \u00e0 toutes les pr\u00e9occupations des jeunes. Avec l\u2019accompagnement du tr\u00e8s Haut et petit \u00e0 petit, la RDC va changer.<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>This International Youth Day was approved by the United Nations General Assembly on 17 December 1999 in its resolution 54\/120.<\/p>\n<p>Chantal YELU MULOP, Special Advisor to the Head of State in charge of youth, emphasized the fact that youth, which is a driving force, faces immense challenges in various areas of life, especially the field of employment because unemployment currently affects four out of five young Congolese.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/rawbank.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/jok-oga-rawbank-300x167.jpeg\" alt=\"jok oga rawbank\" width=\"300\" height=\"167\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">To improve financial literacy and contribute to the inclusion of all young people, RAWBANK, put a focus on its Academia product, \"<em>This global youth action is through development...We accompany the youth, especially through training and education.
