Arvind Kumar holds a PGDCA (Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications) and studied computer science and engineering in Mumbai. He started his career in 1994 as a computer programmer and later moved on to become a systems analyst for banking solutions. A little later, he was appointed as a team leader at Infrasoft Technology Ltd, a consultant for the Central Bank of India in the field of banking automation.<\/p>\n

With this experience, he was recruited by\u00a0RAWBANK<\/a> in 2004.
