New $20 million partnership between Rawbank and Trade Development Bank (TDB)<\/p>"},"content":{"rendered":"
Kinshasa, le 14 juillet 2020<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/em> Rawbank<\/a>, banque<\/span><\/span> commerciale de la République Démocratique du Congo conclut un partenariat avec la TDB<\/a>, institution financière africaine de premier plan, pour un montant de 20 millions de dollars. Après un premier partenariat d?un montant de 10 millions de dollars en 2018, la TDB, l?une des plus grandes institutions financières multilatérales de développement du continent disposant d?actifs de plus de 6 milliards de <\/span>dollars, renouvelle sa confiance en Rawbank au travers d?un nouvel accord de 20 millions de dollars. <\/span><\/span><\/p> L?ensemble de cette nouvelle ligne de <\/span><\/span>financement sera consacré au soutien des grandes entreprises et des PME congolaises affectées par les conséquences de <\/span><\/span>la pandémie de Covid-19. L?inauguration de ce partenariat traduit l?engagement de la Banque aux côtés de sa clientèle en cette période difficile. <\/span><\/span><\/p> « Nous sommes ravis de la conclusion de ce partenariat, qui traduit la confiance accordée à Rawbank par ses partenaires internationaux. La TDB a doublé l?accord que nous avions conclu en 2018. <\/span><\/span>Cette nouvelle ligne de <\/span><\/span>financement permettra d?assister les <\/span><\/span>entreprises congolaises qui se trouveraient en difficulté du fait de la Covid-19.<\/span><\/p> « Nous sommes satisfaits de solidifier notre <\/span>partenariat avec la TDB, il nous permettra d?intensifier <\/span><\/span>fortement nos relations avec les clients » a déclaré Mustafa Rawji, Directeur <\/span><\/span>Général de Rawbank. <\/span><\/span><\/p> Grâce à la confiance accordée par des <\/span>partenaires internationaux dont la Société <\/span>Financière Internationale (SFI), filiale de la Banque Mondiale, la BAD, la BADEA ou <\/span>encore Shelter Afrique, Rawbank est devenu le <\/span>premier partenaire des petites et moyennes <\/span>entreprises en RDC. La Banque a développé les programmes de formation Business Edge et Lady?s First afin de renforcer les capacités des entrepreneurs, de faciliter leurs accès aux financements et d?ainsi développer le tissu <\/span>économique local. <\/span><\/span><\/p> « Rawbank est pour nous un partenaire <\/span>stratégique.
